‘The Livi’ – Rainbow Yarn Bundle

First showcased on Instagram, Lauren knitted a baby blanket for new baby Livi and it resulted in lots of you wanting to do the same! So we’ve created a rainbow yarn bundle ready to create a blanket, and saving you money on the yarn too.

Choose from 3 different bundle sizes; 50g, 100g, or 200g. Each bundle comes with 6 glorious rainbow colours; Scarlet, Cinnamon, Mustard, Emerald, Aquamarine & Damson. If you’d like to add 15mm circular needles too to knit your blanket just add them to your bundle (you’ll probably want the shorter needles for a smaller blanket, or the longer needles for a bigger one!)

How to make a Rainbow Blanket

Knitting a blanket with the rainbow yarn bundle couldn’t be easier!

With 15mm circular needles, cast on:

42 stitches if you’re using 50g balls

63 stitches if you’re using 100g balls

84 stitches if you’re using 200g hanks

Knit every row until you run out of the colour you’re using, then introduce the next colour. You can use the colours in the same order as we have, or change it up – it’s totally up to you.

Once you’ve got approx 4m left of your final yarn colour, cast off.

Top Tip: it helps to change yarn colours at the end of a row so you can tie ends together and weave them in neatly.

100g blanket: 105cm wide

200g blanket: 140cm wide
