Surprise Yarn Subscription Box

There’s not a huge amount I can say about this magical box as all the colours included are a total surprise. But here’s the stuff I can tell you…

This listing is for a Surprise Yarn Subscription Box of Super Chunky Merino Wool Yarn that will go out every other month. There are 6 incredible Limited Edition colours (not our stock colours) that will be sent out throughout the year to our subscribers (Order before March 31st to get Box 2 of the 2024 subscriptions, despatched early April.)

The box includes 1 colour of yarn and you can opt for 2, 3, 4 or 5 hanks. Each surprise yarn subscription box is, of course, packaged beautifully as we all love happy post and will include your yarn (obviously), as well as an exclusive link for subscribers just in case you’d like to order more hanks of any of the limited edition coloured yarn (as it’s not available on the website as normal.)

So here’s the deal…

You can place your order for 2, 3, 4 or 5 hanks, and you’ll be automatically billed every 2 months (the amount depends on how many hanks you opt for.) In return, you’ll receive happy post every other month in the form of a Subscription box full of beautiful yarn! Each hank (whether you order 2 or 5) will be the same colour and every box is full of exclusive Limited Edition colours. You’ll also be given access to a secret link to order more of the limited edition colours if you wanted to stock up! You’ll also be able to view the details of your subscription and manage it via your LAD account.

Billing & Delivery…

Billing: The amount you’re charged will depend on the number of hanks you opt for. Every box will contain that number of hanks, the price will not change and will be automatically charged on your billing date every other month. The billing date for your subscription will depend on the original order date ie if you place your initial subscription order on January 15th your next billing date will be 2 months later on March 15th and continue every 2 months until/if you decide to cancel your subscription. You’ll be able to see your billing date and other subscription details on your account and via the initial order email once you’ve signed up.

Delivery:  The subscription boxes will be packed on the 1st Monday of the relevant despatch month. (Despatch months: February, April, June, August, October & December) We will work in 2-month cycles for despatch – so for instance, if your initial subscription order is before January 31st you’ll receive Box 1 at the beginning of February. Whereas if your initial subscription order is February 6th (which is past the Box 1 deadline) the first box you’ll receive will be Box 2 around the first week of April, and your following bill would be April 6th for Box 3 Delivery at the beginning of June.

Things to make…

A few ideas for your yarn – Small gifts are perfect, you could make hats, gloves, snoods, cuffs, purses, home decorations, hot water bottles, pompoms and loads more with just one hank! With 2 or more hanks you could… knit up a cushion, a blanket, a jumper or a cardigan! If you already have some LAD patterns you could reknit any of them in these limited edition colours for a really unique project. If you want more hanks in a colour, you can use the exclusive link included in each box to order more.

A few things to note…

-The colours are set in advance and can’t be altered, we won’t be able to chop and change which colours come in your box it will be the set, surprise colours.

-The amount can’t be altered month to month ie if you order a 3 hank box you will get 3 hanks in each box that’s delivered but you can always cancel your subscription and purchase a new one with a different amount of hanks.

-If you order close to the deadline your box might be sent a little late due to stock levels we try to anticipate sales and stock as best we can but sometimes a sudden influx means we run out and have to reorder. In some cases, we may send out a few different (but still wonderful) colours to new subscribers.
