A perfect knitting pattern for beginners, create our cosy oversized longline cardigan in a few simple steps, using basic knitting techniques.
Our Ankle-Grazer cardigan is a straightforward design which has long panels that are worked individually with basic shaping and a rib at the bottom, neckline and cuffs before being sewn up into the most snug cardi we could imagine. Just perfect for the winter evenings to wrap around you and stay toasty the whole season.
This pattern covers sizes UK 6-28 – however as it is true to size, we recommend sizing up for a really oversized look. You can make it as long as you like so the name ‘ankle-grazer’ is really just a guide!
Small (UK 6-10) – Approx 50cm wide
Medium (UK 12-16) – Approx 60cm wide
Large (UK 18-22) – Approx 70cm wide
Extra Large (UK 24-28) – Approx 80cm wide
The length is determined by you and sits at ankle length if you are 5’5″. If you would like to longer you will need extra yarn
