Our dreamy cardigan is the most perfect introduction to knitting, and we have a huge number of customers who have never knit before and have completed this – so you can too!

It is super cosy, and even more so in this limited kit. Soft, stylish and slouchy – it will take you through the colder months perfectly. It can be dressed up or dressed down, and everyone you know is going to want one once they see you wearing yours ;p

The oversized cardigan has a subtle rib down each edge as well as the bottom, neckline, and cuffs and slowly tapers in at the front. The sleeves are designed to be full length or you can fold the ribbed cuff over to make them three-quarter length.

This knit kit is simple enough for a confident beginner but is also enjoyable for those more experienced knitters – using basic stitches of knit and purl with a small amount of shaping.

Knitting Tension:

Tension is really important for this knit kit – we’ve added an image that shows the difference that a tight or a loose tension can make to the finished garment. If you’d like it slouchier (which is our preference!) then keep your tension nice and loose. If you’re wanting it more fitted then keep your stitches tighter.
