Khaki with wood effect handles
A super cute, 70s style cotton bag – suitable for those knitters who’d like a little bit of a challenge.
Designed by LAD Helen Rose for Lauren Aston Designs, this loop bag is a fun take on the popular string shopper bags, but finished with loop handles instead to create a loose handbag style.
Using a combination of stitches you create a diagonal lace stitch which follows the bag around. With a gusset and ‘cinched’ handles, you’ve got plenty of space without it being too ‘gappy’ that things fall through the holes!
You’ve got a choice of two handle finishes; a light wood effect or a rich amber finish. It is the perfect size for carrying shopping, handbag essentials or your yarn.
