This colour work banner can be knit up in a matter of hours and you’ll be able to showcase how ‘Knit Happens’ pride of place on your wall!
This downloadable pattern is loads of fun to knit, and you can create a sassy banner for you, or to give as a gift. The pattern is suitable for intermediate knitters as it uses some colour work techniques. If you’ve not used them before, they’re easy to familiarise yourself with and we’ve got lots of tips over on our How to Knit pages.
We’ve knit the banner in soft peach for the background and a rainbow selection for the the letters – you can choose any colour you like but we suggest our Super Chunky Yarn as a perfect option. We’ve displayed our banner on one of our 25mm chunky needles but you can use any kind of dowling or stick of your choice. Choose to finish with pompoms or leave the banner plain.
The pattern has a simple to follow grid pattern, but you’ll also get access to a larger version online once you have purchased the kit.
