This chevron vest pattern is a great way of using up those yarn remnants in your stash – it looks great as a rainbow knit, or just as striking using three colours for the stripes.
Using a combination of increase and decrease stitches to create the chevron waves, this vest is knit in two panels (front & back) with a pick up and knit ribbed v-neckline.
A perfect all-season knit, looking just as great worn layered or on its own. The three colour option is a gorgeous retro vibe.
The pattern talks you through how to make the vest longer if you prefer that look. A great stash busting project!
The length of the vest is approx 50cm long. If you wanted to knit it longer it is possible, although you will need more yarn.
Widths (approx) as follows:
Small (UK 6-10): 45cm
Medium (UK 12-16): 55cm
Large (UK 18-22): 65cm
