This tres beau beret is completely on trend, and can be knit up in a few hours!
Designed by Helen Rose for LAD, this pattern is perfect for intermediate knitters. It is knit in the round and uses 4 ends of our mini mohair yarn to create a beautiful structured feel. You also have the option of using just two ends of yarn which means it can be made using just one ball, but this results in a looser finish.
You can custom it as little or as much as you like – add a stalk or a loop, or leave the top plain. Add pearls, beads or sequins, or even embroider a little motif on the side.
One size only, the beret fits head sizes up to 62cm comfortably due to the stretchy long tailed cast on.
