This is a real statement scarf – super chunky, super long and super cosy!
An easy pattern, using a lovely repetitive pattern to create the texture and then adding pockets at the end. Finish with a blanket stitch in a contrasting colour and if you’d like to add tassels you have the option of that too. You can knit your pockets in the scarf colour or the contrasting colour, depending on your preference.
The statement scarf is a luxurious 2.5metres long, but you can of course make it shorter if you prefer, or even longer (bear in mind you will need more yarn) – and just keep an eye on pocket placement if you’re making it a different length.
Such a lovely statement piece which will keep you cosy throughout the colder months!
